This message is based on what I heard in church. The message was Simple, profound and powerful. Hence I am compelled to write and publish this post.
Why take care of your heart?
We know that we should take great care of our hearts..
Why?
Because out of it flows the issues of life.
This is the verse from Proverbs 4:23. Let us examine the variation of this verse from other versions of the Bible.
The questions are based on the Book of Revelation. The primary version used is the KJV. When you go through the questions, try to answer them. This way you exercise your mind. Only after you have tried, go on to refer to the answers.
Question 1) In the midst of the seven candlesticks, one like the son of man was present. His head and hair were white as wool, as white as snow, his eyes were like flames of fire. What were his feet like? What was his sound like?
The Lady at the Well is a well-known passage in the Bible. This happened in Samaria. Jacob had dug the well and it became Joseph’s inheritance.
It was noon time. It was blistering hot. Hardly anyone came to the well at this time. Yet, for the very same reason, this lady came to the well at that time. She did not want to meet anyone. She thought she could come to the well, draw water and leave without having to meet and interact with anyone.
