Do you know Mary, Jesus’s mother?

Do you know Mary, Jesus’s mother

Many think of Mary as the mother of Jesus, but are ignorant of the many unique qualities she possessed. Knowing these qualities would help us glean a better understanding of why she was chosen as the mother.

1. Mary trusted in God

Mary knew this verse very well. It was not limited to knowing this by heart, like many of us. But she believed this verse was true, and she refused to have any worry or anxiety because she knew this verse was absolutely true.
The verse was,
Trust in the Lord with all your heart.
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6, New King James Version)

Declarations to Speak with Grace and Power

Declarations to Speak with Grace and Power

We either build relationships with words or let them fail when we do not speak correctly. This happens in our homes, at work, in business, in church and elsewhere. Jesus Christ our Lord and savior knew when to speak, had great will power to remain silent when it was the best option. When Satan tried to entice him with sin quoting scripture, Jesus spoke with wisdom with power citing the appropriate context of the scripture.

Universal soul Vs Soul in Christian faith

Universal soul Vs Soul in Christian faith

Some Christians know what an individual soul is. Other Christians do not know this.

Since God loved us so very dearly that he chose to send his only Son to die on the cross to save our souls from death, it is most important to know about the human soul with all certainty. Doesn’t this make us unique and different from all creatures like animals?

The soul of each person is the pearl of great price for which God gave up His all – His precious Son— to redeem our lives, i.e., to save our souls. You can read about the pearl of great price in Matthew 13:45-46 (Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.) Here, the soul of the individual is the pearl of great price. All that God had was God’s begotten Son, Jesus Christ, whom He gave up to die on the cross – the supreme sacrifice – so that the individual soul is saved.
