God is with you All The TIME! Powerful insights from the Holy Bible.

God is with you All The TIME

Genesis 15:1 (NKJV): After these things, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.

God defends us. Hence, no circumstance or situation is too big or difficult. God is our very shield, defending us, giving us victory. Every instruction mentioned in the Bible, applies to us, children of Abraham, the father of faith. The Holy Spirit will quicken specific verses and, without the slightest doubt, you will know that God has spoken a specific verse to you.

The Lord hears us when we pray. Time doesn’t matter. When we pray from a broken heart, God hears our prayer. Here is the verse from Psalm 55:17
Evening and morning and at noon will I utter my complaint and moan and sigh, and He will hear my voice. (version AMPC)
Evening and morning and at noon, I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice. (version NKJV)

There are occasions when I may wonder why it is that I have lost all hope and am utterly dejected, like the psalmist in Psalm 42:5. Then I will remind myself to hope in God. I will praise Him. God will then shower upon me His loving kindness during the day. God gives me a song at night, which will rise up as a prayer to God. Here is the verse from Psalm 42:8 from 2 versions of the Bible.

Yet the Lord will command His loving-kindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me, a prayer to the God of my life. (version AMPC)
The Lord will command His loving-kindness in the daytime,
And in the night His song shall be with me—
A prayer to the God of my life. (version NKJV)

God knows everything about me. He knows every moment of my life. He knows every situation that I face. But I am not troubled as God delivers me from the hand of my enemies, from those who want to trouble me. Psalm 31:15 says: My times are in Your hands; deliver me from the hands of my foes and those who pursue me and persecute me.

Because the Lord has mercy over me. Since God helps me, every situation changes totally. I started dancing, although I was in mourning until the Lord intervened. My God removes the dark black clothing I was wearing as a sign of my sorrow. He then cloths me securely with gladness, joy has lit up my heart and all around me. He also gives me a bright and vibrant colourful one dress which I always loved to have. Woha!!! Here is psalm 30:11 You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have put off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,

I sometimes feel like the psalmist asking myself and wondering, why am I sad? Why should I moan? (Why are you cast down, O my inner self?(refer Psalm 42:5a))Then I followed what the psalmist did. I started remembering God from whatever situation or circumstance I am in. Then, like the psalmist, the Lord gives me his loving kindness in the day. At nighttime his song is with me. In the nighttime, my prayer also rises unto God. Let us read Palms 42:8 Yet the Lord will command His loving-kindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me, a prayer to the God of my life.

I will not be afraid, even if a war-like situation arises against me, because the Lord will grant me the one great desire I have to always be in the presence of the Lord, being able to rejoice in God’s goodness as well as hearing what the Lord is whispering to me. I am just amazed by the wonderful way the Lord hides me in his secret place. He securely places me over a strong rock, more like a nuclear bomb bunker. This place is a strategically high place that I can, from this secret place, see all the enemies below me. I cannot but sing because of the way the Lord has transformed my situation and circumstances. I will sing with Joy. I will sing praise to God.

The above can be read in Psalms 27:3-6 in two versions of the Bible.
Though a host encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, [even then] in this will I be confident. One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek, inquire for, and [insistently] require: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, to behold and gaze upon the beauty [the sweet attractiveness and the delightful loveliness] of the Lord and to meditate, consider, and inquire in His temple. For in the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter; in the secret place of His tent will He hide me; He will set me high upon a rock. And now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies round about me; in His tent I will offer sacrifices and shouting of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord. (Version AMPC)

Though an army may encamp against me,
My heart shall not fear;
Though war may rise against me,
In this I will be confident.
One thing I have desired of the Lord,
That will I seek:
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord
All the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of the Lord,
And to inquire in His temple.
For in the time of trouble
He shall hide me in His pavilion;
In the secret place of His tabernacle
He shall hide me;
He shall set me high upon a rock.
And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me;
Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle;
I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.
(Version NKJV)

The Lord is always with us. The question is, are we willing to hear God when He whispers? Are we willing to be aware of His presence? He wants us to have a wholesome life, a victorious life. The more we recognise what He’s already done, the more we can comprehend the inheritance of victories available for us. Remembering the instances when God’s protection and provision came alive is key to building expectancy and eventually experiencing God’s miraculous touch in our lives.

What is mentioned above is only a few instances of God’s encounter. For many more instances of Heaven coming down into our life situations, read the Bible, mine rich treasures more often. God’s Kingdom will come into your life. Gods will be done on earth in your lives circumstances as it is in Heaven. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6:10 from the prayer that Jesus taught the disciples)
