What are the Gifts of the Holy Spirit?

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit are supernatural gifts available to all Christians. Paul says that he does not want us to be ignorant about these. Thus, these are significant gifts, gifts that we should desire to have.

Many Christians are aware of the fruit of the Spirit but are ignorant of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. While the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—as mentioned in Galatians 5:22, the gifts are given below—from Corinthians 12:1, 8-11.

Quoting from the NIV version of Gospel… according to John, chapter 15. 1: “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2: He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes[a] so that it will be even more fruitful. 3: You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. 4: Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.”
