All What You See, God Gives To You

Today we have a very exciting verse – from the first book of the Bible.
Find below Genesis 13:15 from two versions of the Bible.

For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. (version KJV)
After Lot separated from him, God said to Abram, “Open your eyes, look around. Look north, south, east, and west. Everything you see, the whole land spread out before you, I will give to you and your children forever. I’ll make your descendants like dust—counting your descendants will be as impossible as counting the dust of the Earth. So—on your feet, get moving! Walk through the country, its length and breadth; I’m giving it all to you.” (version MSG)

How to receive mercy?

The Bible has a practical and simple process to receive mercy. While the burden of sin is enormous. Shame, guilt, and condemnation are the default for any person who has a burden of sin.

But when we choose to seek repentance, we receive mercy.

Proverbs 28:13 states this beautiful way to get rid of the heavy weight of sin and a sinful lifestyle. The verse is given below in 3 versions of the Bible. Read these verses twice prayerfully. Read with all of your heart, meaning it.

Why read the Bible daily? Why meditate on it?

We should trust in God. We are neither to trust in man nor riches nor our selves.
Jeremiah 17:5-8 conveys this powerfully and effectively below.

5 This is what the Lord says:
“Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans,
who rely on human strength
and turn their hearts away from the Lord.
6 They are like stunted shrubs in the desert,
with no hope for the future.
They will live in the barren wilderness,
in an uninhabited salty land.
