Bible Quiz on being alive to God

The quiz is based on the 6th chapter of Paul’s Epistle to the Romans. The Bible version used for compiling this Quiz is the NKJV. Click here to read ROMANS 6 NKJV. After you go through the questions, answer them yourself, only then consider referring to the answers given below. This way you will benefit the most.

Go through the answers below only after you have tried answering the questions above yourself.

Answer 1 ) Certainly we do not continue to sin. After accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior many things have changed.

With baptism, we are baptized into the death of Christ Jesus. Our old man was crucified with Him that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin. And like Jesus Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, similarly we should walk in the newness of life. For he who has died has been freed from sin. (ref verses 2 to 7)

Answer 2) Through baptism, our old man is buried and the new man is resurrected with Jesus Christ.

Through baptism, we are baptized into the death of Jesus Christ. Our old man was crucified with Him that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.

And like Jesus Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, similarly we should walk in the newness of life. For he who has died has been freed from sin. (ref verses 2 to 7)
